Terms of use

These terms explain the role Skyera plays when you use the site to discover flights and continue to a third-party provider.

Skyera is a discovery service

Skyera provides search tools and travel information. We are not an airline, travel agent, ticket issuer, payment processor, or party to the booking contract between you and a travel provider.

Prices and availability

Flight prices, availability, schedules, baggage, fare rules, and provider terms can change at any time. Information shown before provider checkout is not a guaranteed offer. Review the final price and conditions on the provider’s website before paying.

Your booking

When you book, your agreement is with the airline or travel provider shown during checkout. That provider is responsible for confirmation, ticketing, payment, support, schedule changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Affiliate relationship

Skyera may receive compensation when you follow a partner link or complete a qualifying transaction. This commercial relationship does not make Skyera the seller of the travel service.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful personal or business travel research
  • Do not interfere with the site or attempt automated high-volume access
  • Do not misrepresent Skyera as the provider responsible for a third-party booking

Service availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features and provider links. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every airline, route, or fare will be included.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skyera is not responsible for a provider’s acts, booking decisions, travel disruption, or losses arising from inaccurate third-party information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
